Hey whats up Y’all I hope all is well.
Signing in on a chilly Wednesday afternoon getting ready for a road trip to DC to Perform at The Wonderland Ballroom. I will be rocking with DJ GoldenSpiral and BlaqMel, we will be rocking a 45 minute set with the Band Watermelon & Forbidden Mission. I am looking forward to going out and rocking in DC, I was out there a few months back at the same spot and I dug the whole vibe there so it should be a good time tonight!
So looking back over the weekend it was very eventful! It started Thursday night, I went to Mad River in Manayunk to check my homie perform and ended up sitting in with the band and rockin’ it was a good night…The next night I was right back in Manayunk rocking at The Grape Room. The Grape Room was awesome the line up was great – Chalk & The Beige Americans, MH The Verb, A Cool Stick and myself with LP.Stiles, Dave Vegas & Myke Storm. The room started off pretty slow but by 10.30 the place was packed and everybody was drinking and dancing each band put on a great performance and at some points in the night different MC’s would join Kuf set & A cool sticks set.GoodTimes#
The next day (Saturday) I just took it light, I knew I had to be up early Sunday for a road trip to Pittsburgh so I wrote and surfed the net most of the day…lol. This was also my 13th & last day of my cleanse so I was excited to go to sleep & wake up able to eat 
. The first thing I ate after no food for 13 days was a nice small bowl of fruit then moved onto salad. I ate the salad right before it was time to perform and I felt great. We were rocking in Pittsburgh at a spot called Peters Pub, it was a college spot right by the U of Pitt campus. The venue filled up pretty quick with students ready to dance and have a good time and that is exactly what happened! A great time – I had a blast rocking and enjoying a fun night of music. Mh the Verb, Max a mill & Dj B-tips all killed it.
Returning back from Pittsburgh I got in touch with Lizanne Knott to work on a Valentines day song for WPXN radio personality Helen Leicht. Lizanne and I both have been busy as of late so coordinating is tough but we worked it out and were able to link up and work on the song…it is sounding awesome we have one more session to iron everything out…I am so excited for this tune Lizanne sounds awesome on it and Dave is killing the production…be on the listen for it!
After recording at Morningstar with Lizanne I headed up to Doylestown Pa to perform at Puck Live with touring artist F.Stokes He was kickin’ off his tour this night and I was opening for him. I was excited to go rock in D-town I hadn’t rocked my own show there in over two years so it was nice to go and see peeps I hadn’t seen in a while. We had a good turnout and everyone enjoyed the music even got up and danced…which is usually hard at Puck Live because it a sit down venue – Thank you D-town folks for rocking out we will be back up in D-Town in June for first Friday!
Friday came and it was back to Palmyra, NJ for what is suppose to be my last vocal recording session at BreakOut Studios with Randy Weaver. I had Dave Vegas & Kristin M come in to lay some vocals. My homie Ali Wadsworth was suppose to come in but she had last minute plans she had to take care of so we have to get her in one last time before we wrap up the project. This session went awesome Kristin was a bit nervous but worked it out and laid a dope 1940′s old record sample type chorus for “Self-ish”and rocked on “Florescent Highs” as well, Dave Vegas finished his parts on “Energy” which might be my favorite track on the album & Vegas also absolutely killed the chorus on “Reach” I cant even really express how excited I am to share this music with the masses – soon come! I figure actually one more session will complete the vocals!
After rocking out in the studio I headed back to Philly got some food at Wholefoods then bounced over to Philamoca. The were having a big party there with Fire eaters, Hoola hoopers, Body Painters & Live music. The City Music Project was rocking as well as LP Stiles I sat in with LP Stiles and rocked out!!! The audience was dancing, drinking and having a good time. The vibe and energy in there was awesome, I look forward to rocking there again in Feb gonna be dope for sure!
Tonight (Saturday Night) I will be going to Cara’s Birthday Party at Milkboy Center City a DJ will be spinning and LP STtiles & Nicos Gun will be performing Myself & Myke Storm will be rocking with LP tonight gonna be goodtimes for sure! Until next time
